To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within the 7-day period from the date of purchase. After the 7-day period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, you may do so at any time. Please note that cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund unless within the 7-day refund window.

We only sell digital products in terms of Video Courses which are accessible online only. No physical products like CD/DVD or any other physical media will not be sent or shipped.
